A stretch spandex/polyester blend that is cut to fit onto must contoured computer office chairs. These are also known as gaming chairs and have additional moulded contours when compared to normal high-back chairs. 

The covers have been treated to make them water-resistant. This provides extra protection for the chair. While the covers are washable on low-temperature washes, the waterproofing will wash out of a number of machine washes. The water resistance can be maintained by using an outdoor clothing type of waterproof treatment after every 6-10 washes.
