At we abide by the Consumer Contracts Regulations. This means that with online sales you have the right to cancel your order if you do not get or like what you receive.

Your right to cancel begins when you place the order and ends 14 days after you receive your order. You have 14 days from the date you tell you to want to cancel to return the item back to us.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of us receiving the item back

Our policy on refunds is as below:

For a change of mind return, we will provide a full refund less any value that may have occurred such as being returned used or dirty. Excessive damage or use is defined by anything more than the handling of the item that you would normally do in a shop when purchasing from a shop.

The cost we deduct will depend on the cost to us of cleaning and repair.  No return postage is payable by us.

For the wrong or damaged items sent, we will provide a full refund and also refund you the cost of returning the item to us up to a maximum of 2nd class Royal Mail.
